In case someon wants to CFD this again, please note that 1) "parent category a little thin" is not a valid reason to delete a category. Arbitrary inclusion criteria, POV issues, or repeatativeness are valid reasons. 2) appareantly only two people were involved in that debate, not really a community consensus. and 3) one parent (Companies based in Oregon) is getting a bit big which is why I am creating subs to make it a pit more managable, and tying them into the city cat means one less cat needed the articles.
