Via Outline of space technology, "Space technology is technology developed by space science or the aerospace industry for use in spaceflight, satellites, or space exploration." I'd say that industrial processes in space, while they'd certainly utilize space technology, are not inherently a subtype of space technology, as one refers to activities and the other to objects and equipment. @Mais oui!: you haven't been using edit summaries, so the rationale for this categorization remains unstated.
