Celso Joaquim de Moraes (born 9 May 1949) is a retired Brazilian athlete who specialised in the hammer throw.[1] He won multiple medals at regional level.

His personal best in the event is 65.50 metres set in Porto Alegre in 1978. This is a former national record.
