The Age of History franchise, also known as AoH (After the release of AoH/AoC) or AoC (Formerly), is a series of grand strategy[1] videogames developed by Łukasz Jakowski.
The Age of History franchise had originally been named 'Age of Civilizations' until 2020.[2][3]
Mobile Release and Spin-Offs
[edit]The first game in the series, Age of History, was released for mobile devices on September 9, 2014.[4] A version for the windows phone had also been released in 2015.[5]
In 2014, a spin-off titled Age of Civilizations: Europe[6] was released, which had focused on a European setting.
The following year, in 2015, three more spin-offs were released: Age of History: Asia[7], Age of Civilizations: Americas[8], and Age of Civilizations: Africa.[9] All that remains of these spin-offs is an Age of History II Europe-based spin-off[10]
