Axel Pétur Axelsson (born 17 March 1963) is an Icelandic Author, Social Engineer and Podcast Host at Brotkast[1]. He was president candidate 2020 Icelandic presidential election[2] and is currently running as a candidate in the 2024 Icelandic presidential election[3]
Early life[edit]
Axel Pétur was born 17 March 1963 Reykjavík, Iceland to Hlíf Borghildur Axelsdóttir and Gylfi Hallgrímsson. For he first 9 years he lived in Grandmothers house, Oddný Pétursdóttir, at Kársnesbraut 58, Kópavogur and went to Kársnesskóli. At 10 years old he canged school to Kópavogsskóli, then at 11 years old to Hólabrekkuskóli then at 12 years old to Fellaskóli and then finally at 14 years old to Egillstaðaskóli.[citation needed]
Career[edit]
Axel Pétur started selling newspapers Vísir and Dagblaðið in center of Reykjavík from 7 years old, then at age 11 years old he worked as bicykle delivery boy for Samband íslenskra samvinnufélaga. After moving to Egillstaðir at 14 years old he started working as carpenter for Trésmiðja Fljótshéraðs.
From 1982 years old he worked as roofer for Fagtún, then from 1984 he worked for Teikn[4] as CEO then in 1987 Íslenska Auglýsingastofan as Print Manager. From 1999 he worked as IT manager at Flensborgarskólinn.[5] From 2010 he worked as CEO for Zenfors AB in Sweden.
