The Beaumont Blues and Roots Festival (BBRF) is a music festival in Beaumont, Alberta that runs annually in June, in Four Season's Park.[1] Established in 2008, they are the longest running 100% Canadian music festival in Canada.[2]
2024 Festival
[edit]The 2024 BBRF is being held June 21-22. Notable artists performing are: The Beaches, Headstones, Begonia, and many more.[3]
2023 Festival
[edit]Held June 16-17, notable performers include Begonia, Kaeley Jade, Mandy McMillan, Duke and the Peacemakers, and Finger Eleven.[4]
2022 Festival
[edit]The 2022 BBRF had two notable performances from Moist and The Watchmen, as well as several smaller artists.[5]
2021 Festival
[edit]The BBRF was held September 3rd and 4th rather than the usual June dates, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some restrictions were in place, and attendance was limited to 50%.[6]
2020 Festival
[edit]Due to the pandemic, the festival in 2020 was cancelled.[7]
