Finlay Corrigan (born 13 January 2005) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays as a striker for Lowland League club Broomhill, on loan from Scottish Premiership club Dundee.[1]

Career

[edit]

Youth career

[edit]

Coming through Tottenham Hotspur's youth academy, Corrigan moved to the Ipswich Town academy in 2019, but would suffer an ACL injury which would keep him out for 17 months.[2] On 26 July 2023, Corrigan joined National League South club Hemel Hempstead Town on loan.[3][4] After making eight appearances, Corrigan would leave the Tudors in October and would join Southern League Premier Division Central club Leiston on an initial one-month loan.[5] Corrigan left Leiston on 20 December.[6]

Dundee

[edit]

In February 2024, Corrigan left Ipswich and joined the development squad of Scottish Premiership club Dundee.[2] Corrigan made his first appearance for Dundee's B team on 30 July 2024 in a Scottish Challenge Cup victory over Highland League side Formartine United.[7]

Broomhill (loan)

[edit]

On 31 August 2024, Corrigan joined Lowland League club Broomhill on loan until January 2025.[8] He made his debut and first start on the same day in a draw away to Civil Service Strollers in the league.[9][10] Corrigan scored his first senior goal for Broomhill on 3 September in a league defeat away to Albion Rovers.[11]
