The Foundation for American Innovation, known simply as FAI, is an American think tank. Founded in Silicon Valley in 2014, FAI is comprised of three primary teams: one for building technology (Labs), one for public policy (Research), and one for events, media, and fellowships (Network).[1] FAI's mission is, "to advance a more perfect union between technology and the American republic."[2]
Personnel[edit]
FAI was co-founded by Aaron Ginn and Garrett Johnson,[3] and is led by executive director Zachary Graves.
Policy Areas[edit]
FAI's research focuses on four main policy areas: technology and innovation, national security, governance, and education.[4]
- in-depth (not just brief mentions about the subject or routine announcements)
- reliable
- secondary
- strictly independent of the subject
