Freddie Dennis (born 28th of march 1997) [1]is a british actor. He is most known for his role in the Netflix miniseries Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story as the kings man Reynolds.
Early life
[edit]Freddie Dennis was born in London,England as the son of Hugh Dennis and Catherine Abbot-Anderson.[2][3] He has a sister named Megan Dennis.[4] Dennis spent his early childhood in London, but moved away at the age of 8. He returned to his hometown in his teenage years.[5] He went to primary school at Portsmouth Grammar school from 2005 to 2013 and graduated at Wellington College in 2015. At school Dennis played sports like football, hockey, rugby and cricket.[6]Dennis studied Geography at UCL from 2016 to 2019. He graduated as first class honor. From 2020 to 2021 Dennis took a one year acting course at Oxford School of Drama. In his younger years Dennis took part in different productions with the National Youth Theatre.[7]
Career
[edit]Dennis did multiple internships at production firms before starting his acting career. He has been working part-time as a fashion model at Elite Model Management since 2013. Since October 2019 he has been a freelance photojournalist at BAMM.[6] Only a couple of months after Dennis finished his acting course at Oxford School of Drama he got cast for the role of Reynolds in the Netflix miniseries Queen Charlotte, his first ever acting job.[5] Since then he has played parts in multiple TV series.[8] Freddie Dennis is signed to the Independent Talent Group.[9]
Personal life
[edit]Dennis likes to do sports. He plays football and can ride horses.[8] Dennis likes to do indoor climbing.[5] He is a passionate traveller, writer and photographer.[7]He is interested in cartography, different places and cultures. Which is why he studied geography.[5] Dennis and his former co-actor Corey Mylchreest, who played King George in Queen Charlotte live together in a shared flat.[10] Dennis speaks French and Spanish in addition to his native language.[8]
