Holly Pascal is a prominent aerospace systems engineer at NASA, and is an advocate for women in aerospace. She currently serves as a Satellite Communications Systems Engineer at NASA Space Communications & Navigation (SCaN) and is the founder of The Women's Aerospace Network (WAN), the largest women's aerospace community in America.

Early Life and Education

Holly Pascal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence. She is also a graduate of Wharton's Executive Program in Leadership and Management.

Career

Holly Pascal works as a Satellite Communications Systems Engineer at NASA SCaN. In this role, she supports operations and manages the budget for NASA’s space communications activities, enabling the success of over 100 NASA and non-NASA missions, including the Hubble Telescope, Voyager, and the Artemis missions. She facilitates communication between project leads and stakeholders, ensuring consistent updates and engagement regarding upcoming milestones and deliverables.

Pascal founded The Women's Aerospace Network (WAN), which connects, amplifies, and inspires a universal passion for aerospace among women. WAN is the largest women's aerospace community in America.

Holly Pascal is the author of "The College to Dream Job Blueprint" and has launched the world's first women's aerospace magazine, which has over 30,000 digital subscribers. She is also a frequent speaker at various events. Awards and Recognition Holly Pascal is a SUCCESS Women to Watch 2024. She has been recognized for her contributions to aerospace and her efforts to support and inspire women in the industry.
