Md. Moinul Hoque Choudhury is a Lawyer based in Assam, India. He was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Gauhati High Court on 19.05.2022. He was enrolled as an Advocate in 1989.[1] After a brief practice in the District & Sessions Court, Darrang under the guidance of Senior Advocate B.K. Ghosh, shifted practice under the Gauhati High Court. He had been practicing mainly on civil, criminal, service, family and occasionally constitutional matters. He has also appeared as an Amicus Curiae in several matters before the said High Court. He is an alumnus of Nowgong Law College and ADP College, Nagaon, Assam.
