- Comment: I am very concerned about this page. He has an astonishingly high h-factor for someone who finished their PhD in 2019 and a huge publication rate (~400 total in Google Scholar), 29 in 2024 up to Feb 19. If there were awards from major organisations that recognize him then I would acknowledge him as a rising star. Neither the "Rising Star" nor top 2% judge him in the context of his peers. Mohammed Sultan Al-Buriahi is an assistant professor at Sakarya University, Turkey.[1][2] He is best known for his contribution in radiation shielding applications, nuclear physics and radiation shielding within the field of high energy physics.[3]
Education and Academic Career[edit]
Mohammed Sultan Al-Buriahi focused on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology during high school, culminating in his graduation from the General Secondary Graduation (Scientific Section) in Yemen in 2005.[citation needed] He earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science from Al-Baath University, Syria, in 2011,[citation needed] and a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics from Cairo University, Egypt, in 2015.[citation needed] In 2019, he completed a Ph.D. in Radiation Physics from Sakarya University, Turkey.[citation needed] In 2022, he earned three Certificates of Appreciation in the fields of "Publication Performance Award", "Collaboration Award", and "International Impact Award" from Sakarya University.[4][5][6]
Currently, Mohammed Sultan Al-Buriahi holds the position of assistant professor at Sakarya University.[1][7]
