"One World Under Doom" is a 2025 comic book branding used by Marvel Comics following the aftermath of the Blood Hunt storyline wherein Doctor Strange passing the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme to Doctor Doom.
Publication history
[edit]At the San Diego Comic Convention in July 2024, Marvel Comics teased "One World Under Doom" before the end of Blood Hunt event.[1] Doctor Doom manipulated Doctor Strange to transfer the Sorcerer Supreme title to him in order to stop the vampire's reign.[2] Doom variant covers were published in October 2024 to prepare for Doctor Doom's domination.[3]
During the New York Comic Convention in October 2024, it is billed as a status quo shift in the Marvel Universe that will launch of tie-in series and one-shots.[4] The storyline will debut in The Rise of Emperor Doom, a five-issue event series written by the current Fantastic Four scribe Ryan North debuting in February 2025. The series is set six months after Doctor Victor Von Doom became Sorcerer Supreme, and declaring himself Emperor of the World and the ruler of a new United Latveria.
