Penguin Trek is an steel launched roller coaster located at SeaWorld Orlando in Orlando, Florida. It was manufactured by the Swiss company Bolliger & Mabillard[1], and is marketed as a family thrill roller coaster, with a height requirement of 42 inches. The ride features 3,020 feet of track, two launches, and a top speed of 43 miles per hour. The ride opened on July 7th, 2024. [1] The ride was announced in a news release on September 28, 2023[2], and more details including the lead car were unveiled at IAAPA Expo 2023[3]. The ride is the first sit-down family coaster produced by Bolliger & Mabillard. It also features a indoor dark ride section.
Ride experience
[edit]Once riders leave the station, you head to a slow moving dark ride section of the ride where riders will then launch out of the dark ride section at speeds of 43 mph.
