Roberto Cipresso (born 8 September 1963 in Bassano del Grappa) is an Italian oenologist and "flying winemaker" based in Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany, with 35 years of experience making wine across several continents. He is the author of four books and a member of the Italian Academy of Wine. Among his commemorative wines are the wine “Abbraccio” for Pope Francis and a wine for the President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano, on the 150th anniversary of the country's founding. In 2006 he was honored as the "Best Italian Winemaker" by the Italian Sommelier Association.
