Square nine builders and developments is a Vancouver based company established in 2008 . Manish sharma is the owner and has extensive experience in multifamily wood frame and concrete tower construction. Notable projects are Union tower in Coquitlam Belvedere in Surrey Square nine is currently working on towers in burnaby and Coquitlam and launching its upcoming tower One8 in 2024.
