Jean-Philippe "Flupke" Vandenbrande (born 4 December 1955) is a Belgian former racing cyclist. He rode in seven editions of the Tour de France. His best finish was 37th overall in 1988. He also won a stage of the 1978 Vuelta a España.[1][2]
