Jefferson Mateus de Assis Estácio (born 21 October 1994) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Thai League 1 club Lamphun Warriors.
Club career

[edit]Jefferson made his league debut for Barbarense against Atlético Sorocaba on 4 February 2015.[1]
Novo Hamburgo
[edit]Jefferson made his league debut for Novo Hamburgo against Cruzeiro on 11 March 2017.[2] He scored his first goal for the club against Veranópolis on 30 March 2017.[3]
São José
[edit]Jefferson made his league debut for São José against Ituano on 21 May 2017.[4]
Sliema Wanderers
[edit]Jefferson joined Maltese Challenge League side Sliema Wanderers in the 2017 season.[5] He made his league debut for the club against Balzan on 9 September 2017.[6] He scored his first goal for the club against Lija on 23 September 2017, scoring in the 90th minute.[7]
Nadur Youngsters
[edit]On 29 January 2019, he was loaned to Nadur Youngsters for the 2019 season.[8]
Gżira United
[edit]In mid-2019 season, Jefferson signed with Gżira United.[9] Jefferson made his league debut on 23 August 2019 as a starter in a 0–0 draw over Ħamrun Spartans.[10] He scored his first goal for the club against Sliema Wanderers on 14 September 2019, scoring in the 28th minute.[11]
Loan to Fujairah
[edit]During 2020, he was loaned to UAE Pro League club Fujairah for 6 months.[12] He made his debut for the club against Al Dhafra on 24 January 2020.[13] He scored his first goal for the club against Al Wahda on 29 January 2020, scoring in the 69th minute.[14]
Return to Gżira United
[edit]He contributed with 25 league appearances and 20 goals for Gżira United during the 2022–23 season. Through these results, Jefferson won the top goalscorer award.[15]
Bali United
[edit]On 5 July 2023, Bali United announced a deal for Jefferson to join Indonesian Liga 1 club Bali United on a fee transfer.[16] He made his league debut for the club on 8 July 2023 against Borneo.[17] He scored his first goal for the club, a penalty, against Madura United on 15 July 2023 in the 22nd minute.[18]
