Jefferson Township, Nodaway County, Missouri

Jefferson Township is a township in eastern Nodaway County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1] It contains about 48 sections.[2] The township has three communities: Clyde, Conception, and Conception Junction which comprise the Tri-C Area.

Jefferson Township was establish on March 29th, 1871 from the southern part of Jackson Township and the northern part of Washington Township.[2] It was named after President Thomas Jefferson.[3]
