Julius Otto Duncan (October 28, 1926 – November 7, 2023) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 4th district of the Texas House of Representatives.[1]
Life and career
[edit]Julius Otto Duncan was born in Dike, Texas, on October 28, 1926. He attended East Mountain High School, Kilgore Junior College and Southern Methodist University.[2]
Duncan served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1951 to 1953.[1]
Duncan died on November 7, 2023, at the age of 97.[2]
