Kadyn Wittman is an American politician. She has served as a Democratic member of the South Dakota House of Representatives since 2023 from District 15.[1] Wittman serves as one of eleven Democratic members of the South Dakota Legislature.

Background

Prior to running for office, Wittman worked at the Bishop Dudley Hospitality House and served as the Director of Development for Sioux Falls Family YMCA.[2]

Political career

In 2022, Wittman ran for one of two South Dakota House of Representatives seats in District 15. She ran against incumbent and fellow Democrat, Linda Duba, and Republicans Joni Tschetter and Matt Rosburg.[3] On November 8, 2022, she won the election along with Linda Duba.
