The ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the Czech Republic (Filipino: Sugo ng Republika ng Pilipinas sa Republikang Tseko; Czech: Vyslanci Filipínské republiky v České republice) is the Republic of the Philippines' foremost diplomatic representative in the Czech Republic. As head of the Philippines' diplomatic mission there, the ambassador is the official representative of the president and the government of the Philippines to the president and government of the Czech Republic. The position has the rank and status of an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary and is based at the embassy located in Prague, the capital of the country.

Ombra T. Jainal 22 August 2018 - 30 June 2022 Appointed by President Rodrigo Duterte on 24 January 2018 and confirmed by the Commission on Appointments on 21 February 2018 and Credentials were presented to Miloš Zeman on 22 August 2018. [4]
Eduardo Martin R. Meñez 1 September 2022 – present Appointed by President Bongbong Marcos on 1 September 2022 and confirmed by the Commission of Appointments twenty-seven days later.[5][6]
Credentials were presented to Petr Pavel on 4 April 2023.[7]
