Manuela Rotundo Silvera (born 19 July 2004) is a Uruguayan athlete specialising in the javelin throw.[1] She won the bronze medal at the 2022 World U20 Championships.

Her personal best in the event is 61.84 metres set in Cuiabá in 2024. This is the current national record.
