Change it to:

Comments in Local Time, changes timestamps such as those in comments to be relative to local time.

I've tweaked it a bit for clarity, and to match similar entries. It now reads as:

"Change UTC-based time and date stamps, such as those used in talk page comments, to be relative to local time. (documentation)"

How about this?
Change UTC-based times and dates, such as those used in talk page comments, to be relative to local time. (documentation)
I wouldn't consider "UTC" to be a term that most people are familiar with. I'm sure many don't even know what timezone they are in. So, at least the link could be useful. Also, I'm trying to think like a newbie here: is "signature" better or "talk page comment"? I'm on the fence on this one. Gary King (talk) 05:22, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Good point re: adding the link. I've updated it accordingly, and changed "talk page comments" to "signatures". It now reads as:

"Change UTC-based time and date stamps, such as those used in signatures, to be relative to local time. (documentation)"

Thoughts? --Ckatzchatspy 05:30, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It should be "times and dates" too. The stamps looks really, really wrong there. Gary King (talk) 05:33, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Good point, and done. --Ckatzchatspy 05:37, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
