Otlubahçe (Kurdish: Xezku) is a village in the Ovacık District, Tunceli Province, Turkey.[1] The village is populated by Kurds of the Şaman tribe and had a population of 17 in 2021.[2][3]

The hamlets of Dereiçi and Döşeme are attached to the village.[1]
