The Laser competition at the 2020 Summer Olympics was the men's one-person dinghy event and was held in Enoshima, Japan, from 25 July to 1 August 2021.[1] 35 sailors from 35 nations competed in 11 races, including one medal-race where points were doubled.[2][3] The land venue was Enoshima Yacht Harbour and races were held on Sagami Bay.[1]

Medals were presented by IOC Member for Cuba Mrs María Caridad Colón and World Sailing chief executive officer David Graham.
