Sarah Jane Caruana (born 4 August 1984) is a Maltese former footballer who played as a forward. She has been a member of the Malta women's national team.

Caruana has the distinction of scoring the national women's team's first goal, on November 16, 2003, against Croatia in a match played at the Gozo Stadium.[3]
