Scoop B Radio is an American media network for sports, entertainment and culture.[1]

History

[edit]

Scoop B Radio originated as a podcast that showcased childhood interviews with former NBA players BJ Armstrong, Scott Burrell, [2]Dikembe Mutombo, and Jayson Williams[3] that were stored in a Timberland box.[4][5]

The platform expanded to a blog and video platform that amassed 2.1 million impressions according to One37 and as a result partnered with Zenni,[6] NBA 2K, Adidas[7] and the GameTime App to create original programming.[8][9]

Scoop B Radio became a standalone media network and expanded in 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic.[10] with interviews with household names such as Pete Sampras, Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley[11], Kenny ‘The Jet’ Smith, DJ Khaled and Mark Cuban[12] being topics of conversation on ESPN, Bleacher Report[13] and Fox News[14].[15][16]
