The Spintex Knights are a Ghanian basketball team based in Accra. The team was established in 2018,[1] and plays in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Division 1.[2] They are nicknamed "The Nobles".

The Knights were founded by Dr. Eric Opoku-Antwi in 2018.[3][1] After four years, the team trained weekly and was in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Division 2.[1] The following seasons, they improved drastically, and won their first ABL Division 1 title in 2023, when they finished the season unbeaten with 22 wins in as many games.[4] James Amotoe was named the finals MVP.[4]
