Steve Kooner is a Canadian politician and lawyer, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2024 British Columbia general election. He represents the electoral district of Richmond-Queensborough as a member of the Conservative Party of British Columbia.[1]

Early life and career

Kooner received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Simon Fraser University, and later graduated from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law with a Juris Doctor.[2]

He is a lawyer by profession, and has owned his own firm, Steve Kooner Law Corporation, for over 17 years.[2][3]

In 2023, Kooner was a recipient of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Award.[2]
