Article is new enough and long enough, QPQ is done. I was unsure on the reliability of the cited source, but apparently the fact was reiterated by this reliable source [3] and a few others in the article. Hook is interesting and the article is generally presentable. I did not see any issues with copyright. I spot-checked two sources and they appear to have no issues.
