B) This [http://news.google.co.uk/newspapers?id=S5UVAAAAIBAJ&sjid=3woEAAAAIBAJ&dq=typhoons&pg=4308%2C2454657 newspaper report says that Oning was active on December 13. The only system around at that time in warning status by JTWC was Manny. Manny at this time was about to cross into the North Indian ocean, whilst the newspaper report mentioned that Oning was forecast to head through the Central Philippines.Jason Rees (talk) 02:56, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
