2nd place

in Group A, France won the group with 9 pts and the three others got 3 pts each. Since this was a three-way tie, the head-to-head amongst the trio is considered:

Serbia   1 1 2 1 3
Germany  1 1 1 1 3
Portugal 1 1 1 2 3
