Pre-modern era 300-k pitchers

[edit]

@Muboshgu, @BaseballFanatic1, @Yankees10, so I created this list since the 300 K club is quite exclusive in the modern era and thought deserved its own article. What I'm unsure about is to whether or not I should add pre-modern 300 k pitchers. I'm leaning yes but I'd like some opinions before I do - should it be a seperate list or should it be incorporated into this one? Also, should the season IP total of each pitcher be added to their row? Regards, Omnis Scientia (talk) 13:37, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I do not know if this meets WP:LISTN. Is this the only source to suggest notability? The other citations are all to B-Ref player pages, which verify stats but say nothing of a "300 strikeout club". – Muboshgu (talk) 14:10, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
There are a lot more: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6] [7] [8] -- just a few of many I found on google search of "300 strikeouts." There are many others as well, including on MLB.com.
The page is still a work in progress, of course. I got the basics in. Would love to improve it in terms of references. Main thing, again, is the inclusion of pre-1900. I think it should be a seperate list from the modern one but, again, not fully sure. Omnis Scientia (talk) 14:47, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
