Nebraska

I am currently looking at my Delorme atlas of Nebraska, which shows 96° 01' west. If you look at the area near DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge, it appears that it may actually go through Nebraska and Iowa twice, but I can't tell because the map doesn't show 96° west.
