Styling

This article would benefit from a glance at the Wikipedia:Manual of Style to reduce the enbolds, excessive "quotations marks", and general wording and layout issues, to hopefully produce a more encyclopedic style of article. It also suffers from endless repetition of wording (eg. Jazz Foundation of America, A Great Night in Harlem etc.,) and numerous repetitive wikilinks. I have done a little work to reduce the glaring excesses. Over to you.
