Proposed merge with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager
[edit]This can be added under the history section ♠♠ BanëJ ♠♠ (Talk) 02:42, 6 August 2014 (UTC)
I use TSM every work day and never heard of Adstar (although I did wonder why the product uses DSM and where the support group name ADSM came from). I would suggest the Adstar section be merged in TSM as TSM history, which is what it is now. 8-) Nearly Retired (talk) 17:45, 1 October 2015 (UTC)
- I recommend against any such merger. Most of what were AdStar's businesses had nothing to do with TSM so merging there makes little sense particularly since AdStar is not today (not since 1999) associated with TSM. I'm going to rewrite the section to deemphasize ADSM Tom94022 (talk) 22:06, 1 October 2015 (UTC)
