Intro
[edit]"in a colonial or dependent territory or a constituent part of a state" is correct for the States/Provinces of Aus/Can but then that overlooks the fact that Administrators are appointed to replace GGs to notionally manage the governments of entire countries. 202.89.152.147 01:03, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
