Ambassador to Russia
[edit]The following is most likely NOT true: "On March 25, 2002, he was appointed Transnistrian ambassador to Russia and Belarus but both countries refused to accredit him due to a lack of formal diplomatic relations with Transnistria."
Published press reports state that another ethnic Moldovan (G.S. Maracutsa) was supposed to be the first PMR ambassador to Russia at the time, not Caraman. - Mauco 15:18, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
