Declaration of war
[edit]I have the Minutes for the convention's first session of meetings in 1775. There is a July 26th document upon which some attention is focused, and it looks to me like a declaration of independence and war. Is the Declaration of the Association of the Freemen of Maryland considered significant enough to Maryland's history to include here? It begins "The long premeditated, and now avowed design of the British Government, to raise a revenue…" (SEWilco 07:05, 30 December 2006 (UTC))
