MOS:DABMENTION does not mention, is unrelated to redlinks. Please find an appropriate guideline to retain redlinks for nonnotable individuals, or remove them per MOS:DABRL which is explicit enough TEDickey (talk) 09:47, 27 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

For guidance, start with Wikipedia:Red link rather than constructing links which bypass the nonnotability of persons/things. "Occasional exceptions" means just that - not a routine process exercised frequently TEDickey (talk) 10:11, 27 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
