I'm not sure if this is the right place but here goes.

Somebody marked the Apple Valley Inn page for deletion because it promotes a business.

The businesses located presently on the property have no interest in the article.

The Apple Valley Inn is a historyic landmark and plays an important part in the communities identity. The Inn has had an central role in developing the incorporated Town of Apple Valley. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wwhitlock (talk • contribs) 17:17, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the hang on tag -- Your are correct - this is not a candidate for speedy deletion because it does assert the notability of its subject. At any rate, the subject is clearly notable, so should not, to my mind, be deleted.Greedyhalibut (talk) 17:21, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
