I have (partially) recreated this page, the original of which was deleted earlier today by User:Sphilbrick because it had been created by a blocked user. In (re)creating a page that usefully and accurately describes a major Philadelphia thoroughfare, I trust I am violating neither Wikipedia policies nor common sense. (While I accept that Sphilbrick acted because of the former, I can't quite see how the deletion could be described as the latter.) In any case, I hope my own action closes out this episode in a way that serves both policy and readers. PRRfan (talk) 16:41, 2 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
In several instances, I noted that I was deleting an article that would normally be considered a useful addition to the encyclopedia, so deleted regretfully, but understanding wp:deny. Not only no problem creating a new article, but kudos.--S Philbrick(Talk)16:51, 2 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
