Major cleanup

Currently working on a major cleanup of the Bali Rai page.

Trying to get it more concise and less just copied and pasted from the biography section on his website. Also adding citations. Will be coming back tomorrow to sort out the Awards section, and also I aim to sort the page for (Un)arranged Marriage asap.
