Incorrect Entry.
[edit]The Bannatyne Manuscript which deals with the history of the clan Macleod was written by Dr. Bannatyne William Macleod of the Macleods of Glendale in Skye. BSTKID (talk) 16:33, 5 September 2016 (UTC)

You can cite a dead authors speculation to your hearts content, it won't make this entry correct. The Bannatyne MS is in the handwriting of Dr. Bannatyne Macleod of the Glendale family, the MS was long in that family's possession. The official genealogies of the Clan Macleod state this.
