I've restored the link to Billie Eilish per WP:REDLINK; if she has written a notable song, she is a notable artist (coverage of her song is coverage of her as a musician), and the news coverage (e.g., Vice, Vogue, Billboard) puts her over the top of WP:MUSIC bullet 1 and WP:GNG. Per WP:REDLINK, "In general, a red link should be allowed to remain in an article if it links to a term that could plausibly sustain an article, but for which there is no existing candidate article, or article section, under any name. Do not remove red links unless you are certain that Wikipedia should not have an article on the subject". Writing articles about the songs is actually backwards; the artist needs an article first.
