Blue Boar - Have they ever been in the UK ?

I believe a company called Blue Boar ran a number of Motorway Service areas in the 60s and 70s in the UK. Notably the Southbound (and Northbound ?) area on the M1 at Watford Gap

Are these the same people or not ?
