I have tagged this article as needing Copyedit. I'm being a little busy with typos at the moment, so I doubt I'll be able to resolve the many issues of this article any time in the near future. Although this article is by no means incoherent, it has many issues - capitalization, spelling, use of Brazilian titles in English sentences, and a general lack of articles throughout.

Ex:" Rio de Janeiro was (no article) brazilian capital before Brasilia`s construction. The ceremonies were different but had '(no article) similar format. It started at Tiradentes Palace (National Congress in Rio de Janeiro) than the President parade into Catete Palace in the Presidencial Rolls Royce. After dressing the presidencial sash, the President appears on the balcony." Although these 4 are some of the worst sentences in the article, they give some idea of what's involved here. Bold Italics for emphasis by me, of course.. (And just what is the standard for foreign titles in English language? Because it's Brazilian, ought that to be a Presidential Sash, or a Presidencial Sash?!) If anyone starts the copyedit process, and wants a quick double-check, let me know.
