Can't be right, surely

[edit]

At the end of the History section it says: "In 2008– it is a shopping complex of 139 sqm, and 130 residential units." Presumably "in 2008-" means "since 2008"? But that wasn't my question. Is 139 sqm really right? That's only a retail space of 10 metres x 13.9 metres; wouldn't even make a very big shop, never mind a shopping complex. --Malleus Fatuorum 21:12, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'll check--ClemRutter (talk) 22:35, 22 February 2010 (UTC)bb[reply]

In actual fact the mill was never a shopping complex. It is still in its original condition. It is owned by Maryland Securities. It houses three textile businesses, a furniture warehouse and forty five rehearsal rooms used by musicians and bands in Greater Manchester. It is home to Extraordinary Rendition Manchester Musicians Collective aka EXR Music Services.
