Numerous pages with no apparent direct relationship to this monastery have a link to this article under the header "See also". For example Pope John XXIII has a link, although the monastery was founded well after his death. In cases where the link looks arbitrary or the relationship remote, I recommend removing it. Americans Now Benedictines?

The website of the Byzantine Discalced Carmelites now says that they follow the Rule of St Benedict. While various older pages seem to indicate that they were Carmelites at the time those pages were written, their home page appears to have had all references to being Carmelites removed. It appears as though they are now Benedictines. Could someone please clarify the situation? Thank you.
